This variety is primarily for commercial poppers who flavor the popcorn and package it for resale. The mushroom shape kernel has very few pieces that stick out after popping. Mushroom popcorn is perfect for adding coatings such as cheese, caramel, or chocolate to the popcorn. Mushroom popcorn is also great for Kettle Corn processing.
